SMS Terms

sova is an online ordering platform for restaurants, operated by Seven Seconds Agency LLC. These terms cover the text messages (SMS) sova sends.

What we send

Order updates, for restaurants’ customers. When you order from a restaurant on its sova ordering page and choose to get texts, sova texts you about that order on the restaurant’s behalf: for example, when it’s accepted, ready or on its way. Every text names the restaurant. We may also text you a one-time code to confirm your number when you ask for one.

Request and account updates, for restaurants. When you contact us on appsova.com and tick the box to get texts, we text you about your request and your sova account.

These are transactional messages. sova doesn’t send marketing or promotional texts.

How you agree

Only by choosing to: by ticking the box on our contact form, or by choosing text updates when you place an order. Texts are never required to order or to contact us, and the box is never ticked for you.

How often

Message frequency varies. Order updates come only for orders you place, usually a few per order. Request and account texts come only when there’s something to tell you.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping texts, and help

Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop receiving texts from that number. You’ll get one message confirming it.

Your number

We use your mobile number only to send these messages. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our texts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
